Filling machine for jars and tins
The AL 31 Ti is designed for filling and capping of jars and plastic made of
plastics, glass or sheet metal. At the end of a conveyor belt jars are being
inserted incrementally into the star wheel of the rotary table. After that they
are being filled, a sealing film is being laid on to be sealed, a sealing cap is
being put on and the vessels are being capped.
In the case that the sealing film is already integrated into the lid, a high
frequency tunnel is used instead of the sealing station

The AL 31 Fl is designed for filling and capping of bottles made of plastics, glass or
sheet metal. The feeding takes place via rotary table or conveyor. Alternatively
empty bottles can be feeded via bunk elevator. From there they can be transported
to a vibration sorter which adjusts them lengthwise. Thus they can be inserted

AL 31-2 MSC
The Al 31 MSC is an automatic rotary machine with in feed for bottles, for mascara, lip gloss a.o.
The feeding of empty bottles takes place via a storage magazine or via a bunk elevator and a
vibration sorter. The filling station is equipped with an immersion nozzle to allow filling from bottom
upwards. Bottles with or without wiper can be filled. Other stations are available for pushing on the
wiper, for putting on the mascara brush and for capping.
