Band conveyor
Band conveyors are a cost-efficient conveying means for miscellaneous
containers. Due to highly developed transport belts critical materials to be
transported like food, hot products, glass tech. Can be conveyed, too. Band
conveyors are customized according to your demands. We deliver them with
varying width and length.
The counter guide is adjustable and the speed of the transport belt is
controllable sleeplessly.
Butt hinge conveyor
Butt hinge conveyor systems are suitable for applications concerning the
feeding and chaining techniques. The field of application is the solution of
transport problems in beverage, glass, foods, cosmetics, pharmaceutical
and chemical industries.
With these miscellaneous components complex conveyor plants can be
realized fastly and cost-efficiently. And alterations of the production line can
be realized with little effort due to a modular design. The framework is made
of stainless-steel, the chain links are made of plastic or stainless steel. We
can deliver them with different widths.
Linear bars
Linear bars are powered by electro-magnetic vibration. They are most
suitable for transporting of caps, brushes and drop dispensers in correct
positional arrangement.
There ideal application is to serve as storage line between vibrating feeding
device and the allocating of e.g. Caps.

Steep-gradient belt conveyor
Steep-gradient belt conveyors (also known as bunk elevators) serve as a storage for bulk
goods like bottles, tins, caps etc. as continuous feeding devices for sorter devices like disc
sorters or vibrating feeding machines.
Our prefeed hopper is made of stainless steel and can be filled up to 500l. The working
height is comfortable and the shape of the conveyor can be customized for individual
requirements.
The vessels can be transported at right angles to the conveyor belt from which they can be
removed continuously. Alignment of the vessels is achieved by our alignment station .
Belt-driven hopper
Belt-driven hoppers are ideal for gentle storage of bulk goods like caps and for the
continuous infeeding of vibration feeders etc. Thus a constant filling quantity is being
asserted and the effort of refilling is reduced by a minimum.
Equipped with a filling volume from 5ml of up to 100l virtually each application can be
realized.

At the torquing station vessels are being capped with the accurate torque.
When a vessel arrives at the screwing station its capping head is moving down. At the same moment two
pushers are budging against the vessel to eliminate a possible spinning during the capping process. The
gripping device is closing and the capping head begins to rotate.
Due to the special form of the aping head the cap is being grasped form-fitted during the capping
process.
Our GSM 500 can be integrated in a filling line or can be applied autonomously. After capping the
availability of the cap is being checked..

Our compact in-line-filler- AL 101
Our in-line-filler can be equipped up to 12-folded. Due to its rollers the machine can be positioned naer
an available conveyor belt but we can deliver it with various conveyor belts,too..
The servo-driven filling stations are piston-controlled with rotary valves. Thus you can fill liquid products
as well as higher viscous products without problems. The filling nozzles are equipped with unidirectional
valve or ball valve. The movement of the filling nozzles into the vessels is servo-driven, too. Thus the
filling process can be programmed very flexible. Each filling station is applicable up to 1000ml with only
one stroke of piston. The filling volume is adjustable via operation panel. Of course all product-touching
parts are made of material acc. AISI 316L.
Vessels are being placed on the conveyor belt, feeded via infeed turntable, rotary disc sorter or bunk
elevator equipped with alignment station.
